Projects are designed to handle vast amounts of digital content in organized, engaging and interactive ways. Emails use attachments that cannot always be viewed until opened and are often spread out over "threads" of reply emails, making them difficult to locate and sequence properly. 

In addition, each Project has its own live chat space where Project participants can follow up and share messages, files and tasks in real time. Each email does not have its own dedicated live chat space that remains part of the email thread. Chat has other powerful features such as direct messaging and the ability to create subgroups.
